Priority ORP Terms

One Replacement Plan – 10 Point Service Terms.

Specific commercial terms for the Priority Domestic Help registration plan.

  1. Registration Charges: ₹5,000 Part-Time up to 4 hours; ₹10,000 Full-Time up to 10 hours; ₹20,000 Live-In / 24×7.
  2. ORP Benefit: One replacement is available for the same requirement if a successfully deployed candidate leaves voluntarily or is discontinued, subject to these terms.
  3. Validity: ORP is valid for one year from the date of registration/payment confirmation.
  4. Deployment Target: Target within 7 working days; actual sourcing depends on availability, location, salary, role, skills and suitability.
  5. Registration Charges: Administrative/service initiation charges are non-refundable except where management approves otherwise in writing.
  6. No Security Deposit: No security deposit is required under this Priority ORP unless separately agreed in writing.
  7. Salary: Salary is paid directly by the client to the candidate. Housing Buddy India is not the employer or payroll provider.
  8. Extra Charges: Travel and police/background verification charges, if required, are extra unless expressly included in writing.
  9. Client Responsibilities: Accurate role, location, duty hours, shift, weekly off, benefits and special requirements must be disclosed at first communication. Suitable rest, washroom access and safe working conditions must be provided. Duty hours should be between 2 and 10 hours within the 8:00 AM–8:00 PM deployment window for applicable non-live-in plans.
  10. Master Terms: Candidate selection and replacement remain subject to availability, suitability and client compliance. The master framework at HBTerms.html remains applicable. Legal enquiries: legal@housing-buddy.in.
